RecruitMyMom prides itself on offering our clients several flexible, cost-optimised hiring solutions. From start-up to scale-up and beyond, hiring and skill-set requirements change. We consult with our clients to find the best talent solution. 

With a talent base of 200 000+ and over 200 skill sets we are able to offer the following hiring solutions: 

Employment Type 

 

Fee Structure (excluding VAT). Non-SA entities do not pay VAT.

 

 

 

Permanent Hire

Candidates are hired for an indefinite period. In-office or remote. Full-time or part-time.

14% Annual Cost to Company, with a 3-month warranty.

Fixed Term Contracts

Contracts for a fixed duration of time or outcome. e.g. Temps, maternity cover, sick leave cover, project hires

17% The fee is charged for the duration of the length of the contract. 

Independent Contractors & Freelancers

Various vetted Independent contracting skills: freelancers, consultants, project workers (over 200 skillsets)

Remote Knowledge Workers

Remote knowledge workers based in South Africa - Perm or Contract, various seniority levels up to C-Suite
